All orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment. If you need it quicker, please send us an email to support@bubsywinks.com.au and we will do our very best to get the parcel out to you ASAP.
We accept payments via PayPal, direct debit or cheques/money order.
Please note that your order will be dispatched within 24 hours once your payment has cleared into our account.

Due to the nature of the items on our website, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange for change of mind. However if the item is damaged we do offer an exchange. Please contact us within 7 days from the date you receive your purchases. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in its original packaging with tags.
You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

BubsyWinks is based in Melbourne, Victoria. We have two pickup points in Melbourne:
- Melbourne CBD
- Eastland Shopping Centre, Ringwood. VIC

All items are shipped via regular Australia Post. Express service can be requested at checkout. All orders are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery and to avoid the risk of damaged goods.
While we take every effort to ensure your delivery is received by you securely, we cannot be responsible for items that are misplaced by Australia Post.
Yes we do ship items internationally. All items will be sent using Australia Post International Registered Post. This will mean we can track the parcel if necessary. Any duty or charges incurred by sending the parcel overseas will be your responsibility.
